Cancellation Policy
Booking/Canvellation Policies
• A deposit is required to secure every appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice according to the rescheduling policy.
• Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will add a $15 fee.
• No extra guests unless previously approved.
• Please arrive with bare nails unless you’ve booked a soak-off or removal service.
• No-call/no-show appointments may require full payment before future bookings.
• Must provide cancellation reason 24 hours before your appointment.
• If not cancelled 24 hours in advanced a 20% cancellation fee will be added.
